Using the Indexes for Searching

You can select from the indexes your county uses.

Typical indexes include:

• Deed Index

• Mortgage Index

• Lien Index

• Lease Index

• Miscellaneous

• Partnerships

• Power of Attorney

• Plat Index

• Personal Property Transactions

• UCC Tract

• UCC

• Soldier’s Discharge

Remove Unused Indexes

You can search across all the indexes or remove any you don’t need by clicking the “X.”

NOTE: Clicking Home restores all the indexes.

View the Latest Index Dates

The date ranges at the bottom of the screen indicate what has already been indexed.
